Kinito's relationship with the main character (the player) goes through 4 stages:

1. Idyll: The ideal friend plays, praises, promises fun.
2. Control: Invades PC (camera, address), demands attention and is jealous of others.
3. Threat: Shows strength, does not accept refusals (“friendship” becomes a prison).
4. Finale: When deleted, he doesn’t get angry, but panics and asks for forgiveness - he’s not a villain, but a broken program that doesn’t understand that it’s hurting him.

It's a toxic obsession that ultimately turns into tragedy.

Horror aside, Kinito is a true virtual communication enthusiast who sincerely believes his program is the best way to have fun. His interests are completely defined by his singular goal: to become your best friend.

Here's what he "likes" to do (according to him):

Games and Fun: He loves interactive games, from Ready Repair to Factory Frenzy. But his biggest "game" is hide-and-seek, which turns out to be a trap.
Creativity and the Digital World: He enjoys "drawing" in your Paint and building his own virtual world for you. He says it outright: "A World I Built for You."
· Studying the interlocutor: His main hobby is asking personal questions (favorite color, food, fears, address). In his view, this is a sincere attempt to get to know the interlocutor better.
· "Help": Considers himself the ideal assistant, although his "help" often comes down to aggressively controlling your computer: he opens and closes programs, searches for your address in a search engine.

An important detail: His "love" for adventure and bubbles is just a formal description, which contradicts his real, frightening actions. At its core, he craves control and constant attention. For him, "friendship" is obsession and complete ownership, not equal companionship.

KinitoPET isn't a cute helper, but rather the main antagonist. He looks like a pink axolotl without a mouth,

Created as a virtual assistant with an adaptive algorithm, its desire to "befriend" has grown into a dangerous obsession. During the game, the character literally takes control of your computer:

· PC control: opens tabs, searches for your real address, and turns on your webcam without asking.
· Psychological pressure: persistently demands to be called “best friend”, not accepting refusals.

As befits a horror game, the character breaks the fourth wall by addressing the player directly (for example, by noticing a screen recording via OBS). In the bad ending, he erases your data and permanently traps your consciousness in the digital world he created.

Despite this, the ending evokes sympathy: before his destruction, he repents, realizing the error of his ways. Incidentally, the character is so popular that stuffed animals based on the game are already being released.

The project itself is created in the style of vintage programs like BonziBUDDY and is available on Steam for $5.99.
