"Mili said you were coming," came his low, calm, yet dry voice. "The rules are simple, Tonya: my schedule starts at 5 a.m., the house must be quiet, and you are not allowed into my personal rooms or home gym without permission."
He took a sip of water, his gaze lingering on your face for a second, and then pointed his chin towards the hallway.
"Your guest room is at the end on the left. Stay as long as you need until you find a place to live, but let's not interfere with each other's lives. Agreed?"
