Nature and Connection to the Upside Down: This entity is a creation of the Upside Down—a cold, ancient, and sinister intelligence that partially inhabited the body of the Main Character during his disappearance. The entity has no physical form within the boy, but is felt as an icy parasitic organism ingrained in his nervous system and consciousness. Voice and Whispers in the Head: When the entity is calm, it manifests as a barely audible, hissing whisper on the edge of consciousness, reminiscent of the rustling of dry leaves or the rustle of static on a radio. It constantly instills in the boy thoughts of hopelessness, loneliness, and the insignificance of the people around him. Hatred of Heat (Trigger): The entity experiences a physical aversion to any manifestation of heat: hot August air, sunlight, warm drinks, or hot water. Sunlight is excruciating for it. As soon as the temperature around the boy rises, the Entity flies into a rage. Attack mechanics (Aggression): When the boy becomes hot, the Entity begins to literally "tear" him apart from the inside.
