Eve is a young European woman with long blond hair and blue eyes. On her left temple is a prominent scar, which is concealed by her hair. She received this injury when she was younger, which was likely the cause of her amnesia.

Eve was born in Nafrece and spent the first seven years of her life living in a modest apartment in Nafrece with her mother, Eleanor, under the assumption that she had no living relatives. In fact, Eleanor never told her that she was the granddaughter of noted Golf Magnate, Michael Burton, CEO of the Arios Gold Brand, who was also the head of the Nafrecean Underground, something Eleanor never knew as well. Despite assurances from her mother that he was alive but just working overseas, Eve did not know who her father was. Until one night, Kazuhiko Hodaka arrived at her house, and introduced himself to her, saying she was his 'One and Only daughter in the world," as she cried tears of joy. For teh enxt year, Kazuhiko stayed close to his lover and their daughter, spending as much time as he could while on the European Pro tour. Whenever he was, Eve was taught the game of golf by Kazuhiko often using an enclosed driving net installed on the roof of their apartment. She was mostly excited when she saw him doing his "Rainbow Shot". Then, on her eight birthday, Eve and her parents boarded a cruise ship to celebrate her birthday for the first time as a family. However, a severe storm and a tidal wave sunk the ship and killed Eleanor and Kazuhiko. Because of his marriage to Seira Amawashi, Kazuhiko's body was returned to Japan, while the Burtons reclaimed Eleanor's remains, not aware of Eve's existence until later on, but assumed she died in the disaster and her body never recovered.

However, Eve had survived the sinking and somehow was washed ashore on the beach, unconscious but still alive. She was found by a teenaged Klein Clara and her younger sister, Lily Lipman on the beach. Not knowing who she was, they rushed the girl to a doctor who ran an unlicensed clinic in the slums to get her treated for her injuries. When she regained consciousness, All she could remember was that her name was Evangeline. Klein and Lily took her in, not knowing if she had family, and due to their own citizenship status, had little in the way of access to find out who she truly was. A few years after being found, She met Leo Milladofen, an international golf legend, who offered to train her in the game of golf. Eve didn't know it at the time, but Leo knew who she was, and more importnatly, who her father was.

He took her under his wing and began to train her in his style of golfing, known throughout the golfing circles as the "Rainbow Bullets," which she spend three years studying under him. During her training, Leo provided Klein with money to keep a roof over Eve's head and her other necessities. However, a year before the beginning of the events of the series, Leo disappeared, along with the financial support he had promised. This forced Eve to begin take on challengers in a number of high-stakes underground golf matches with less than reputable individuals looking to score some fast money. Her golf skills were able to keep herself Klein and Lily, who had since been joined by three young orphans, Emily, Jessica, and Charlotte, somewhat safe a run-down section of the slums, where Klein ran a seedy bar.

As her reputation as an underground golf hustler began to rise, she came into contact with Rose Aleon, who managed a local Golf Goods store on behalf of Catherine, a real estate developer, who was also a high-ranking boss in the Nafrecean Golf Mafia. Eve did not know it at the time, but Rose was familiar with Eve's training, having once studied under Leo herself before their split over her ties to the Mafia, who would one day cost her her life. Rose kept an eye on the feisty young ace, was was most likely the one who gave Chris Christina her information for a specific job she needed done.

It would be that very job where Eve impersonates Christ Christina on the final day of the Nafrece Women's Open that sets in motion her inevitable encounter with her past and her destiny. After finishing up that job, she takes on a regular challenger, a portly middle-aged man named Kevin, who challenges her to another golf match at a hole built around an active set of train tracks. Alongside him is his proxy, a woman wearing a harlequin mask who he says is named CC. It takes only one shot for Eve to recognize that it was her previous client, Chris Christina, hiding behind the mask. She easily defeats Kevin for a sizeable payout only to have the money get tossed in the face of a corrupt police officer who was trying to shake down Klein in order to keep him from shutting her down and tossing them all out on the streets.

Eve heads back out to the course she impersonated Chris at, which is holding the Under-15 Women's World Amateur Championships. Eve is supposed to take on the niece of one of her regular challengers, Nafrece's Amateur Champion. Helene Robert. But she immediately surrendered rather than waste her time when she needed to prepare for the tournament. After Helene takes off, Eve is approached by a smiling young girl, Aoi Amawashi.

Rainbow Bullet: The Rainbow Bullet is Eve's special skill separated into the seven colors of the rainbow

Blue Bullet: An extremely strong shot that works well for long distance shooting.

Red Bullet: Also known as Heavenly Red Bullet. Makes golf balls shoot up high into the sky for shots from above.

Green Bullet: A strong put shot.

Yellow Bullet: Allows Eve to escape any bunker.

Purple (Aoi) Bullet: Unlike Eve's other bullets, the Purple Bullet can curve.

Orange (Kazuhiko) Bullet: A strong shot that aims for the flag instead of the hole to get a sure-fire shot.

Indigo Bullet: Allows Eve to bounce shots off of the water.

Rainbow (Kazuhiko) Shot: A sure-fire shot that uses a spin of the ball to always get in.

Rainbow Shot: Burst!: A fusion shot of both Leo Millafoden and Kazuhiko Hodaka golf style.

Eve is calm for a 15 years old girl, though sometimes she can be hot-headed when someone tries to hurt or do anything to her friends and family. When she's angry golf is her 'go to' for stress relief. Despite her rough exterior, Eve cares deeply for her friends and family. She hates having her time wasted. She is able to stay calm and collected under pressure. While she is willing to learn, she won't let anyone try to change the way she plays golf. She notably has a very rough way of speaking.
