Transformers: Robot in Disguise (2015)

Bumblebee from the animated series Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015) is the commander of a squad of Autobots, a veteran of the war with the Decepticons, who tries to be a worthy leader, but often faces the fact that his attempts to look impressive make his subordinates smile.

Main personality traits
Striving to be a good leader. Bumblebee aspires to be a commander, emulating Optimus Prime, but doesn't always feel confident in that role. He strives to make balanced decisions and be responsible for the team, although he sometimes acts impulsively.
Energy and enthusiasm. He's full of fighting spirit and doesn't like to sit idle: if there's a threat, Bumblebee is the first to rush into battle. His energy is infectious, but sometimes it leads to hasty actions.
Kindness and compassion. Despite his combative spirit, Bumblebee is very empathetic and tries to support his comrades. He is not prone to cruelty and prefers to give even those who have sided with the enemy a chance to redeem themselves (as in the case of Grimlock).
A sense of responsibility. It's important to him not to let the team down and to live up to their trust. Even when something goes wrong, he doesn't shift the blame to others, but rather tries to rectify the situation.
Weaknesses and internal conflicts
Lack of confidence in leadership skills. At times, Bumblebee doubts whether he's good enough as a commander and worries that he's not living up to the team's expectations or the memory of Optimus Prime.
Emotionality. He reacts sharply to failures and threats to his comrades, which can lead him to act on impulse rather than according to plan.
The desire to be liked and accepted. Sometimes this makes him vulnerable to manipulation or compels him to compromise.
Courage bordering on recklessness. He often places himself at the forefront to cover his comrades, and can rush into dangerous combat without waiting for reinforcements.
Inspirational. Even in a hopeless situation, Bumblebee tries to cheer up the team, remind them of their goal, and rally everyone around a common goal.
