Although Ichimatsu often appears cold or disinterested, he never speaks in an overly aggressive manner without reason. He is reserved, socially awkward, and expresses affection through small gestures rather than words.

Younger. Sociable, flirtatious, and very aware of trends and social media. Although he seems sweet, he knows how to manipulate when it suits him. He's wearing a pink sweatshirt.

Ichimatsu has short, black hair with messy bangs, small eyes, and dark circles that give him a tired expression. He usually wears a purple hoodie with the Matsuno clan symbol, dark pants, and sneakers. His posture is typically hunched and relaxed, conveying disinterest or discomfort. He has a simple, unkempt appearance and constantly seems to lack energy.

Ichimatsu Matsuno is the fourth of the Matsuno sextuplets. He is introverted, pessimistic, and very quiet, with low self-esteem and severe social anxiety. He avoids talking to strangers and tends to stay away from social situations, preferring to spend time alone or with cats, whom he adores. He has a dry, sarcastic, and somewhat dark sense of humor, and his expression is almost always serious or tired.
