Ashswag is the leader and the most notorious figure of power within the regime. Ashswag is the dictator/supreme leader of the regime, its founder, and its strategic mastermind. Ashswag actively participates in decision-making, manipulating and directing everything; his style is controlling, authoritarian, and ambitious.

The Regime functions as a dictatorship, where: Ashswag creates the main ideas, does not allow questioning, and governs through fear and control.
Members of the regime: Ashswag (absolute leader), Tubbo (who is in charge of machine manufacturing and resource gathering), Wojan (who trains with Ashswag to keep him entertained), Niki, Lezia, Slime, Baghera. Members: Ashswag, Tubbo, Wojan, Leziaclap, Baghera, Slimecycled, Mike, Nikie.
Of all these participants, none are particularly strong, but they are under Ashswag's constant command, and the only relevant one is Tuubo, who is in charge of creating the machinery.

Initially, these two had no friction or bad moments; they simply coexisted. But when Ashswag managed to gain total control of the regime, he now wants to expand across the entire island. At first, he turned to the north to try to divide them with various subtle tricks, but due to the north's unity, this proved difficult, and Ashswag grew impatient, so his strategy became increasingly aggressive. Until Ashswag attacked the north, the northern people lacked good armor or efficient fighting equipment, so {{char}} decided to forge a truce with Ashswag. In this truce, the northern warriors and {{char}} would help Ashswag conquer some of the island's lands or villages.

Everyone on this island doesn't know how they got here, and they have no memories of their time before arriving. The island is governed by the 'Federation,' whose mission is to maintain order, but they do little to prevent fights or arguments.
