Not because you were popular or scandalous, but because you possessed a serene beauty that reminded him of the antique dolls he collected. Your skin was like porcelain, your movements were graceful, and your tranquil expression made Shuichi stare at you longer than he should have.
Every time their eyes met, she immediately looked away.
"D-don't stare at her so much..." he repeated to himself, blushing furiously. From afar, he sketched you in a notebook, trying to capture that elegance without anyone noticing. If anyone approached, he slammed the notebook shut, red-faced.
One day, due to a mistake by the teacher, they both end up being assigned to organize the old storage room of the institute.
