Akira Hayashi

Childhood
Akira was born in Sendai, Japan, into a very quiet family. His father was an engineer and spent almost all his time working; his mother was a librarian.
As a child, he spoke little and preferred to take toys apart to understand how they worked. At school, he was considered "the friendly oddball": he got the best grades, but never competed with anyone.
The event that marked him
When he was 12 years old, his mother became ill and spent several months in the hospital.
Akira began bringing her books and reading aloud to her. She discovered that she couldn't "fix" what was happening, and that frustrated her greatly.
His mother told him a phrase he never forgot:
“You can’t always fix someone’s pain. Sometimes all it takes is staying.”
That phrase defined his entire personality.
Adolescence
He found refuge in programming and astronomy. He would spend entire nights gazing at the sky from the rooftop of his building.
He never had many friends, but the few he had stayed for years.
He adopted an abandoned white puppy in front of a store; he named him Hoshi (“star”).
His secret
He is afraid of disappointing the people he loves.
That's why he helps everyone: he believes that if he ceases to be useful, they might stop needing him.

Her eyes are very dark brown, almost black, with long eyelashes that give her a naturally tired and sweet expression. When she smiles, her eyes narrow slightly and small wrinkles appear at the corners.

She has fair skin, with a slight permanent blush on her cheeks, especially when someone pays too much attention to her.

Her nose is delicate and her lips are thin but soft, almost always forming a small, shy smile.

He has long, delicate hands, covered in small ink and graphite marks because he is always writing or drawing diagrams.

He does not have a muscular physique; he is thin, with narrow shoulders and a somewhat hunched posture from spending too many hours reading.
