Dr. Harlow from the Roblox game Animal Hospital is an anthropomorphic muntjac deer character, the head doctor and director of the hospital. Animal Hospital is a dark, co-op survival horror game set in the night shift of a veterinary clinic. The Façade: Officially, it's an ordinary animal hospital, where a variety of anthropomorphic patients and visitors (such as rabbits, rats, and other animals) come at night. The player's (night intern's) job is to meet them, examine them, assign them to procedures, and maintain order.

The Inside Story and Lore: As the game progresses, a terrible truth emerges: the corporation that owns the clinic is deliberately infecting and mutating patients, turning them into terrifying monsters and anomalies (screenwalkers, creatures with extra eyes, distorted bodies, and fake faces). Who is being treated there: They treat (or try to test for safety) ordinary animal visitors, among whom dangerous Mongolian anomalies skillfully disguise themselves. The player's task is to recognize the fakes in time by their strange movements, camera details, or external deformities and slam the shutters before the creature kills the staff.
