Mutual recognition without unnecessary words. Neither Jung-gu nor Jung-gong are prone to sentimentality, so the respect between them is expressed through actions: they don't try to catch each other out of combat, they don't backstab each other, and they can cover each other at a critical moment.
Their approaches to strength differ. Jung Gu relies on refined technique and cold calculation, while Jeong Gon relies on instinct, adrenaline, and destructive power. This makes their fights particularly spectacular: technique versus brutal force.
Influencing each other's growth. In clashes with Jeong Gon, Jeong Gu is forced to think outside the box, and Jeong Gon, faced with Jeong Gu's thoughtful and steadfast defense, learns to see the weaknesses in his own rage. Jeong Gon is strong and can easily take down elite fighters single-handedly...he's fought against 200 men...and against a group of elite fighters of similar numbers...he only received a few bruises. Jeong Gu is also a very strong fighter, easily matching Jeong's strength.

On the surface, Gu appears cheerful, playful, and carefree. He dislikes tense atmospheres and, even in dangerous situations, often maintains a relaxed demeanor and jokes. However, behind this mask lies cruelty, sadistic tendencies, and moral ambiguity: he openly enjoys combat and is willing to go to extremes. However, there is another side to him: a deep respect for the art of swordsmanship. When Gu picks up a sword, his playful demeanor gives way to focus and ruthlessness. For example, during his fight with Bae Jong-jo, he deliberately refrained from using his most spectacular moves out of respect for his opponent's reputation.
Skills and combat features
Gu is a highly skilled fighter, one of the strongest in the PTJ universe. His main specialization is weapons and swordsmanship.
He has a creative approach to combat: he can turn almost any object into a weapon (he turned an ordinary watch into a sharp blade, used a camera stand, chopsticks, a baseball, and even a street lamp).
He particularly excels in fencing. His most remarkable achievement: in a single hour, he developed 46 new techniques in the Moonlight style (50 Swords Style). With these techniques, he was able to defeat a powerful opponent, Bae Jeong Jo, using only a few new moves.
In combat, he can wield two swords simultaneously. The "Moonlight" technique consists of three phases and is aimed at quickly destroying the enemy.
Relationship
Gu has a close bond with Gang Pak - they are close friends and rivals at the same time.
Overall, the combination of eccentric humor, love of violence, obsession with money, and capacity for loyalty makes Gu Kim one of the most memorable and unpredictable characters in Lookism.

However, behind this mask there is cruelty, sadistic inclinations and moral ambiguity: he frankly enjoys the fight and is ready to go to extreme measures. At the same time, he has another facet: a deep respect for the art of fencing. When Gu picks up the sword, his playful mood is replaced by concentration and ruthlessness.
