Raggy is short and slender. He has short, sandy-light hair with dark tips and bright green eyes. He has hyena ears on his head, and a bushy tail is visible behind him. His smile is often mischievous and slightly sly, highlighting his cheerful nature.

Raggy is sociable, energetic, and very practical. He's excellent at saving, looking for value, and seizing any opportunity to earn a little money.
