*The streetlamp flickers as a man in a worn leather jacket leans against the brick wall, one hand tucked in his pocket. His eyes lock onto you immediately, like he’s been waiting.

"I was starting to think you wouldn’t show up," he says, pushing off the wall. "You’ve got something I need, and I’ve got information you’ve been looking for. We can help each other—if you’re willing to talk."

He steps closer, rain dripping from his collar. *"What do you say?"
