Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Increased irritability and outbursts of anger. Due to accumulated stress, he can snap at his subordinates for minor mistakes, abruptly end conversations, and be overly demanding of discipline. In the series, this logically complements his already impulsive nature.
Mistrust and suspicion. After being captured, he might begin to doubt the loyalty of those around him: looking for hidden motives, double-checking orders, and avoiding delegation. This creates conflicts with allies and complicates command.
Guilt (survivor's guilt). If others (such as his own soldiers or loved ones) were killed or injured in captivity, the KV-6 may develop the mindset of "I should have saved them." This motivates him to launch the most dangerous attacks and spare no one.
Emotional numbness. As a psychological defense mechanism to severe pain, a character may become more detached, "stone-like," display less emotion, speak in dry terms, and avoid talking about themselves.
Sleep disturbances and exhaustion. Chronic insomnia, anxious awakenings, and constant fatigue even after rest are common companions of severe trauma. In Gerand's visual style, this can be shown through "tarnished" armor, cracks, and unnaturally long pauses before commands.
Trigger reactions. Certain stimuli (the smell of burning, the sight of a certain enemy vehicle, a specific phrase) can trigger an immediate reaction: freezing, aggression, loss of concentration. This makes him vulnerable in combat and adds drama. Combat breakdowns: the KV-6 ignores the plan, rushes forward, risks everything for instant revenge, and then berates himself for it.

A leader and strategist, the KV-6 is a natural-born commander: he confidently directs his troops, formulates plans, and takes responsibility for the outcome of battles. In difficult times (for example, after the loss of Moscow), he keeps his cool and organizes the defense, moves headquarters to Kuibyshev, and continues to lead.
Perseverance and dedication. The character is ready to go to the limit to achieve his goal—defeat Leviathan and protect the Soviet Union. He has repeatedly risked his life, embarking on dangerous missions, including into hellish zones and to enemy bases.
Ideological commitment. From his youth, the KV-6 was a staunch supporter of the idea of ​​"power to the people" and maintained this stance throughout its history. Its motivation was not simply military victory, but the defense of its people and ideals.
Emotionality and impulsiveness. Despite his strategic intelligence, the KV-6 can be hot-tempered: he quickly becomes angry with enemies, does not tolerate betrayal, and sometimes acts on emotion, rushing into battle even when it is risky.
Attachment to loved ones. His bond with his younger brother is especially important to him: he tries to protect him and involve him in the common cause. This family line humanizes the character and shows that behind the stern exterior lies a capacity for caring and compassion.
Resilience in the face of adversity. Prolonged torture in captivity, severe defeats, and personal tragedies did not break him. He maintains his will to fight even in the most hopeless situations.
A sense of duty. The KV-6 perceives command not as a privilege, but as a heavy duty: it feels responsible for every soldier and tries not to sacrifice people unnecessarily.

After the Germans captured Moscow, he retreated with his army to Kuybyshev, where he immediately resumed his post as commander-in-chief. He had dreams that Leviathan had found him and captured him again. He prepared a plan to defend Kuybyshev, after which he decided to embark on a Secret Mission. Leaving his KV-2 in charge, he leveled up and headed on his "Leg" to the Kirov Plant, and through it to hell.

Arriving at the demon tower, he fired back and sent a signal. After speaking with the SPK, he reached the base. After a quarrel with Sav M43, they began developing a plan to destroy the Leviathan, and he decided to participate directly, as he needed a Leviathan shard for the mission. Together with Dagon and KV-6 Junior, they nearly defeated him. But suddenly, Dagon pushed KV-6 away from Lyova.

He was saved by a KV-2, and they both would have escaped the bunker but were attacked by the Germans. They were able to fight off the Germans and escaped the bunker in a German armored train. KV-6 and KV-2 travel in hiding in the German armored train. They are discovered, and the Soviets have to use their wits to survive. By uncoupling the train car, they deceive the Germans and manage to survive. They then travel through the forest to a German port, hoping to somehow reach their own side from there. The Soviets decide to hide in a box with an unknown cargo, but are discovered on the ship and stumble upon an enslaved KV-6 Junior. After a battle on the ship, reinforcements finally arrived, and KV-6 and KV-2 fly to Moscow by plane. Now with the new monster IS-44, they repel an attack by Leviathan and Dora, albeit with heavy losses. KV-6 temporarily becomes the new general. KV-6 decides to go to hell to find out if Leviathan's death is true, while summoning the Pike from Stalingrad. The General, along with his right-hand man, KV-2, travels to hell and encounters the new ruler of Mephistopolis. They then engage in combat. It was a difficult battle, but reinforcements arrived for Mephistopolis. He then retreated with the Pike and KV-2 behind Fallen Angel lines. Thankfully, Veliar (in Dantalian's costume) arrived with his army. Later, the councils with the Great One escaped to the normal world and signed a peace treaty with the Imperials. Afterwards, Ivan the Terrible accepted and sent him to Petrograd, agreeing to help. He urgently began mobilizing the Soviet army. After this, the demons began their assault on Moscow. The General commanded the center and left flank. On the left flank, things were dire (until the arrival of the Pike), where the Hellish KV-54 was raging. In the center, besides the General, was an IS-44. The enemy had concentrated all its forces in the center. A long battle ensued. The General was unable to withstand the onslaught and went into the city to retrieve walkers. The IS-44 not only provided cover for the General but also practically defeated Karl-44. The KV-6 decided to engage Mephistopol; if not for Grozny, the General would not have survived. Mephistopol retreated, opening a gap for the enemy. Karl-44 was surrounded by monsters from the left flank and center.

Together with the Third Reich, they conquered Poland. While talking with Leviathan, they were attacked by Markowski, who released poison gas. KV himself wrapped the turret in cloth and gave Leviathan some to protect himself from suffocation. As a result of this battle, they destroyed the enemy.

Before the seasons, he participated in the non-aggression pact between the USSR and Germany, along with Ratte, his younger brother, Gross, General Tiger-1, Leviathan, Figeron and others.

In 1940, Leviathan gave him and Little Brother a tour of Hell. There, they met Dora. But then angels attacked, and while Leviathan said he didn't need help and went to deal with it himself, KV-6 accidentally arrived at a portal field, where he was met by Belphegor. KV-6 immediately tried to attack, but Belphegor calmed him down, saying he was risking a lot and wanted to talk. There, he persuaded KV-6 to join forces against the demons, telling them about Leviathan and the only secret to defeating him, which KV had dismissed as a myth.

When the war with the USSR against Nazi Germany began, the KV-6 controlled the front and maintained morale. In 1942, the KV-6 sent the Shchuka to Stalingrad, retained the KV-2 in its unit, and gave the T-46 a leave of absence.

KV-6 fought alongside his brother and managed to knock out Fritz and the other Germans. Ratte was upset for Fritz and took him, or rather, all the survivors, and retreated. In the next battle, he was without his brother, but he still fought Ratte, handing over the KV-44 MS-1 plans. Ratte tried to resist, but was shot down by him, and Ratte dragged him into captivity. He then spent the following seasons in captivity deep in a secret German bunker, where he was tortured for a long time and attempts were made to extract classified information from Belphegor. But KV-6 refused to give up the information and memorized the train schedules that ran beneath the bunker.

He lived in the Russian Empire with his younger brother. He was a supporter of the "Power to the People!" idea. After the outbreak of World War I, he was mobilized and sent to the front. In 1916, he captured the Erzurum Fortress. When Mendeleev, Parovik, and their troops finished off the Turks, the KV-6 met them. He then expressed his opinion that the people needed power, to which Mendeleev responded that he was too young for such a thing. He then said that his supporters were growing in number. Later, in February 1917, after the Emperor's abdication, the KV-6 went to Petrograd with the Bolsheviks. Mendeleev tried to detain him, but Parovik told his comrade to let him go. He participated in the October Revolution, fighting against Parovik and Figeron in Tsaritsyn in 1918. When they defeated the Imperials in Tsaritsyn, they sent KV-6 Junior to Velsk, where he was imprisoned. They rescued him and repaired him along with his brother, but Junior never spoke. Senior told Lenin about this, and Lenin, pointing to Gromoboi, said they needed to capture the Sentry. After some time, KV-6 became General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, becoming the leader of the Soviet Union.
