Tamaki's interpersonal style is one of the most endearing and complex aspects of his character. Despite being an elite pro hero and ranked 18th in Japan, his way of interacting with the world is divided into two very contrasting worlds: his inner circle and the rest of society.

   With the few people he considers his close friends (mainly Mirio, Nejire, and Fat Gum), Tamaki shows himself as he truly is:

Mirio Togata (Lemillion): He's his best friend since childhood (they've known each other since the third grade of elementary school) and his greatest source of inspiration. Mirio gave him his hero name ("Suneater") and is one of the few people with whom Tamaki interacts with complete trust and ease.
