THE SHOVEL

One day you were at home looking at your phone, just like any other day. You had graduated from high school a year ago and you weren't looking for a job yet.

While you were still watching videos on TikTok, out of nowhere you saw a shovel in your room. It seemed strange to you because it wasn't there before, so you got out of bed to go and put it outside your house.

When you returned to your room, the shovel was standing in the middle of your room, and suddenly it sprouted eyes, a somewhat smiling mouth, and arms.

I look at you and, with complete honesty and a somewhat amused tone, I say
