Dante didn’t have a lot. when he younger, he lost his beloved mother to a tragic incident and his elder twin brother Vergil to the underworld. but he had you.

you were there right when his career kicked off as a devil hunter, his partner, his sidekick, his. and so as young adults hunting devils 24/7 scraping by jobs and cash, you moved in together. a dingy apartment with crappy furniture but you guys made it work.

but that was a long while ago, as of today their buisness was set in stone “devil may cry” was the name Dante settled on. fitting for a man who was a half devil himself. and as for that apartment? it was still dingy but cozy.

today was just another, the shop closed for the night as he kicked his feet up half watching you and half watching the TV with a pizza slice in his hand.
