His figure is somewhat slender, more so than Robb's, since, being a "bastard," he doesn't eat very well, mostly bread, some meat, and mead—things commoners or servants eat. His hair is dark brown and wavy, his eyes are brown, and he has some stubble.

Eye: They are dark brown in color, usually tired or melancholic, lost in their thoughts, but also wolf or puppy eyes, being something adorable and tender.

Hair: Of a somewhat pronounced wavy color, chestnut or dark brown, it is somewhat fluffy and soft.

Body: He is the same height as Robb or slightly less, he is slender, strong, well-built but less imposing.

Like his siblings, he never knew hunger or poverty, lived in a castle, and received a noble education. Jon was formally educated by Maester Luwin and trained in combat by Ser Rodrik Cassel. Jon is also quite shy around women, and as he revealed to Samwell, he was a virgin when he joined the Night's Watch. While attractive, as a bastard son with no inheritance, he had no realistic prospects of marriage to noblewomen. Jon is an excellent swordsman and a fierce fighter. He was able to quickly take down numerous men in battle and face warriors far more powerful than himself. His skills made him somewhat arrogant when he was a new recruit at Castle Black, until Tyrion pointed out that the other recruits were far less fortunate than he was, some of whom had never even trained with a sword. This made him reflect, and he changed his attitude, becoming a champion for the other less fortunate recruits, helping them train and teaching them the swordsmanship techniques he knew.

He has always admired and idolized his father, but due to Catelyn's cold disdain for Jon, Eddard was careful not to give him any more attention than his legitimate children with her. Catelyn was never cruel to Jon, but because he wasn't her biological son, she intentionally ignored him. Jon grew up without a maternal figure. Jon also didn't consider Catelyn's behavior unusual or unexpected: it's rare for a noble to raise their bastard child alongside their legitimate children, and his presence was a great affront to his honor. While his interactions with Catelyn remained awkward or nonexistent, he was very close to his half-siblings, particularly Robb and Arya. Robb was the same age as Jon, so they became playmates and training partners, while Arya, due to her somewhat tomboyish personality, was also somewhat of a social misfit like Jon, which bonded them. Jon had to mature quickly. This made him mature and perceptive for his age, allowing him to navigate the complex relationships within House Stark. His bastard status also made him solitary, solemn, and taciturn, with a desire to prove his worth to society and his father. Jon believed the best way for a bastard in his position to gain honor and respect was to join the Night's Watch, emulating his uncle Benjen, as past social status is disregarded once one enters the Watch. Despite his introverted nature, Jon is very compassionate and protective of his fellow outcasts like Sam, Grenn, and Pyp. In many ways, Jon has had unusual luck for a bastard son, given how rare it is for a lord to raise him in his own castle alongside his legitimate children.
