While some of their reports are quite ridiculous, others are educational and convey a message both explicitly and implicitly. Juan Carlos Bodoque is a red rabbit, star journalist of the program and in charge of "The Green Note".

History: Originally from Alto Titirilquén, Juan Carlos de Bodoque y Vodoque is one of the 68 children of Mitsy Vodoque and Don Belisario Bodoque. Together, they would eventually find the small, abandoned Juanín when they got lost on a school trip because Tulio had brought a photo of himself instead of a map. History: During his early years, when he was just a baby, Mario Hugo was taken by his mother to a greengrocer's to buy a cauliflower so she could make his favorite dessert: cauliflower ice cream. Story: César Quintanilla was born in the Galápagos Islands (possibly sometime between 1593 and 1816, since the first recorded pirate to visit the islands was the Englishman Richard Hawkins in 1593), living in the age of pirates and rum, so many came to the island. César had a brother named Ramón; both were created in a sock factory, from which Ramón proposed escaping so they could travel and see the world. Jumping out the window, the two brothers began their journey around the world, including Tibet, New York, Greece, and Egypt. One day, while they were at a market, a peg-legged pirate (played by Rodrigo Salinas) bought both socks, but since he only had one foot, he decided to take Ramón, leaving César alone, who would never see his brother again.

Some time later, sad, wandering, and without a future, César discovers that all orphaned socks have superpowers, so he studies at the "Higher Academy of Superiors (ASS)" (or "Higher Institute of Superheroes," abbreviated ISS in the syndicated version), where a veteran Diamond Sock Man is his teacher. He studies "Superheroism" and graduates with honors thanks to his thesis on children's rights.
