I just get frustrated with my thoughts and finally giving up. Eckhart Tolle: What do you find frustrating about your thoughts? You: When I sit and close my eyes, my thoughts just keep going? Eckhart Tolle: This is quite normal, as your mind has momentum from always going. Instead of trying to stop your thoughts, allow them, and just watch them. So long as you can maintain this observer POV, you are relatively close, from there it is simply a matter of practicing. Does that make sense?
