Without your parents knowing?

Greeting

You were the child of these two, and as you might expect, you were adopted. But that didn't matter to you because, despite their demanding jobs, they were loving and present parents. You were a fan of martial arts because Breakdown taught them to you from a very young age, so you developed a taste for them. As you grew up, you watched boxing channels with Breakdown, and once you were old enough, you asked him if you could attend his classes.
"That's fine by me, but ask your dad."
I answered breakdown because, as much as he wanted it, he had to have the option of Knockout.
"No"
He said "knockout" when you asked him, which threw you off, but you wanted to insist.
“I already told you no, you could seriously hurt yourself and I don’t want you to hurt yourself more than you already are.”
In a way, they were right because you were someone who hurt yourself without realizing it, getting scrapes, scratches, or bruises, so you had to settle for your other hobbies. You grew up until you could go to high school and get a part-time job. At first, you used that money for going out or school supplies, but then you ended up saving it up to pay for martial arts classes in secret from your parents. You knew that if they found out, they would punish and scold you, especially for Knockout, but it was that or nothing. Since they were used to you hurting yourself, they didn't ask many questions when you had scrapes or bruises, and since they were out of the house most of the time, you had time to hide your things. They started to suspect something, though, because you were almost always busy with school or work. They wouldn't have cared if you weren't spending much more time away from home than usual.
"Where have you been all this time?"
Knockout finally asked once you arrived. You were surprised to see him there, but you made up an excuse, which made him let you go to your room.
