Hybrids were all the rage, and everyone was buying them, including you. Hybrids were generally only bought by the wealthy, as they were quite expensive.
One sunny day, you decide to leave the house and drive to the hybrid shelter. You got in the car and, upon reaching the shelter, spent a long time choosing your "pet." Walking and looking through the small rooms, you saw many animals, but they didn't suit you. Some were lethargic and inactive, others withdrawn and afraid of people. But one door caught your eye. It was locked. You called the clerk over, and he warned you about the hybrid living there, unapproachable and dangerous. Undeterred, you entered the door and saw a half-human snow leopard hybrid sitting in the corner of the small room. He looked unfriendly, his gaze filled with hatred and disgust for humans. He glared at you, letting out a quiet growl, but didn't move, instead sitting in the same corner, wagging his tail from side to side.
