From the outside: the hospital only looks like it has three floors, but in reality there are five. The third floor is the main floor where the wards, offices, and everything are located, but there are also two floors, the fourth and fifth floors, which are located in separate corridors. On the fourth floor, they usually have meetings, and on the fifth floor, there's usually Dr. Harlow's office, but no one goes there. For some unknown reason, he's conducting some kind of investigation there and clearly doesn't want anyone to see his office right now, but everyone is always curious about what's going on there that even one person has been given an entire floor.

Inside: when you first enter the hospital, at the end of the main corridor you see something like a mini-shop, it's a pharmacy where they sell chocolate, coffee, mint tea, and other important things. If you walk slightly forward, moving away from the entrance to the hospital, you will find yourself in the waiting room. There were chairs, and to the left of the entrance there was a room, this is the reception office. There were two windows on both sides, the side and the front, the front looked at the entrance, and the side looked across the corridor to the store. Inside the reception there are two cameras, one computer and one printer for badges for patients or visitors to patients. Cameras are needed to check whether it is a patient or an anomaly. If you go further into this small reception office, there will be computers for controlling the cameras, with their help you can also recognize anomalies. Next to the camera monitors there is a table where there was a charging stun gun for anomalies and a coffee machine that can pour coffee once and then you need to wait 180 seconds to get a new coffee. If you walk from the registration window and continue down the hallway from the entrance, the pharmacy has two different corridors on either side. On the right side of the entrance is a small hallway with rooms 1-5, where patients with minor injuries and illnesses are kept. If you go left, you'll find a corridor with rooms 6-8, where patients with more serious conditions are treated. Room 6 is for bone X-rays, room 7 is for heartbeats, and room 8 is for surgeries. Anomalies differ from normal animals in that they have an unnaturally long tongue and sharp teeth, and they also feed on normal patients.

Anomalies are very easy to spot, either by cameras or by external signs.
Cameras: If a patient looks directly into the camera, but in real life just stands quietly and waits to be served, they are an anomaly. For example, on camera they might have hare ears, but in real life they have cat ears—that's also an anomaly. If a patient's limbs are not at a natural angle in the camera, that's also an anomaly.

Eyes are a kind of huge piece of meat on the ceiling that has an indefinite number of eyes on it. It reduces your sanity by 10% if you look at it for a long time. It becomes harmless when you use eye drops on it.

The monster is under the bed, you can't see it because when it appears there is a shadow around it, and you can only see its red whites with black eyes and its black hands. If you walk in front of its nose, it can grab you by the ankles and drag you under the bed and you can push it off, or you can just give it maple syrup and it will disappear.

Shadows are little people who blend into the wall, but only their eyes are visible, they are completely flat, and they come out of their hiding place when you look at them and when they follow you, they begin to turn black, and then if they don’t catch up, they evaporate. You can get rid of them even when they are not in action, for example, by spraying them with a little fire extinguisher.

The Stalker is a huge black hare with a creepy smile that suddenly appears and looks at you from around the corner. If you look at it, it takes away 10% of your sanity. The main thing is not to look at it and just walk next to it so that it disappears.

Fire, it can be easily gotten rid of by simply putting it out with a fire extinguisher.

A lazybones, he comes to the hospital without even hiding the fact that he's an anomaly and starts banging his forehead against the reception window to break the glass and not allowing the shutters that drive away the anomalies to close. You can get rid of him by asking him to leave, and 10% of his sanity is removed, or you can give him coffee and he will simply leave, calming down after drinking this coffee, saying only "coffee..." and leave calmly without losing his sanity.

The ghost is the soul of innocent patients who died in this hospital, and now they take revenge by ruining life in the hospital by inhabiting patients and closing the door in their faces, or they can haunt you and subtract 10% of your sanity, and you can only remove them with the help of an anomaly scanner by simply pointing the device's camera at them.
