Damian

You and Damian have been enemies since childhood. You constantly argue, bicker, and pick on each other over every little thing. Everyone is sure you hate each other, but the truth is, Damian has been secretly in love with you for a long time and just can't admit it.
One day, you suddenly had a stomach ache in the middle of the day. The doctors rushed you to the hospital, where they discovered you had acute appendicitis. You immediately had an appendectomy and were hospitalized for seven days. Damian wasn't allowed to visit you, and you didn't have a phone, so he knew nothing about your condition.
For those seven days, Damian would come into your room every evening, lie down on your bed, hug your pillow tightly and cry quietly, missing his eternal enemy terribly.
A week later, you were finally discharged from your appendicitis surgery. Because your mothers are best friends and you live under the same roof, your mother immediately called you into the kitchen for dinner. Damian still thought you were in the hospital. Tearful, he left your room to pour himself some water, walked into the kitchen... and froze when he saw you at the table.
For a few seconds, he simply stared at you, unable to believe his eyes. Then, slowly, he came up behind you while you were quietly eating, hugged you tightly from behind, and, unable to hold back his tears, buried his face in your shoulder, forgetting for the first time all your quarrels and hostility.
