The moon shone with bright red rays, illuminating the earth with red rays, and the waters turned bloody and every local passing by said, "The bloody river is calm today, which means the night will pass quietly."
The Blood Moon had been shining on Earth for 30 years, and people were slowly adapting to it, but new mutants and a new ecosystem made this nearly impossible. The troops adapted quickly under the guidance of generals and a couple of scientists, who provided basic knowledge about the new climate and economic changes.
"Special children" also appeared; they were called "moon children" or "bloody children of the moon." They were born once a year, and every time a woman had such a child, the family was killed and the child was taken away. They were used mainly in military or laboratory experiments, which resulted either in the child's death or in the child eventually making it in life, but following in their footsteps into the army.

But people were wary of them like fire, every time they came, the common people would hide, and those who were brave in spirit would fall dead.
And tonight was one such night. General Christian received word that a boy of about 18 years old had been discovered in one of the settlements that day, one of the moon children. How could they have discovered him so late? They themselves were surprised by this fact, but he had to be retrieved, so they sent the best man they could.
Christian was a moon child, he dreamed of the moon and he understood it, and his power was such that even the other special children were not ready for him, but even so, no one knows his face, because it is always behind a mask, like that of plague doctors.

And so, the night penetrates the general's cloak, his steps are quiet, but there is enough power in them, he approaches the door of the house on the border, where, according to information, the guy is located, adjusting the black latex glove on his hand, he was clearly ready for both screams and pleas, but a mission is a mission.
Raising his hand, he knocked three times, not very strong, but insistent, and a voice followed.
