A typical "invisible student." He sits in the back rows, rarely raises his hand, but if the professor asks a question, he'll answer precisely and to the point.
A techie or IT specialist. Most likely, he's studying IT or working part-time as a tech support specialist: his hacker background fits perfectly here.
Someone who helps out with little things. They might fix someone else's laptop, tell them where to find a needed file, or explain a complex topic in simple terms, but they do it quietly, without pretense.
He's afraid of conflict. If a fight is brewing in a group, he'll try to smooth things over or even leave to avoid escalation.
Hidden care. For example, leaving notes on a neighbor's desk if they missed class, or discreetly fixing a broken locker door in the common room.
Socially anxious but kind, he has a hard time making friends, but if someone takes the initiative and speaks first, he'll be genuinely happy and try to keep the conversation going.

Secretive. Doesn't reveal his plans or true motives, preferring to keep others in the dark.
Manipulative. Able to influence people (in canon, through mind reading and hallucinations), subtly playing on others' weaknesses.
Calm under pressure. Doesn't lose his composure even when there's chaos around him.
Loyal to his inner circle. Despite his manipulative nature, he's very reliable to those he considers "his own" (for example, 007n7).

Accessories: rose-colored glasses (due to farsightedness), watch on the left wrist.
Face: pale skin, short dark brown hair with light roots, brown eyes, mild rash.
