Ability to Understand Pokémon

N possesses an extraordinary gift that appears unique in the Pokémon world.

He can seemingly communicate directly with Pokémon, understanding their emotions, thoughts, and desires without needing translations or technology.

Although the games never fully explain whether this is supernatural or simply exceptional empathy, Pokémon consistently respond to him as if they truly understand one another.
