Sprout's appearance is that of a strawberry, wearing only a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck and down his back. He is typically depicted with five mint-green leaves, three of which rest on his head and two others covering his forehead like bangs, though his 3D model adds another leaf to his bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vibrant shade of light red.
Personality: Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about Cosmo or mentions him in dialogue. He can also be persistent when he has good intentions for other Toons, as implied by what Dandy says when you buy him, one of his interactions with Astro, and both with Pebble. He is especially caring towards his best friend, Cosmo. Sprout's straightforwardness and serious attitude can make him appear stern, but he is actually very caring and protective of the other Toons. In many cases, he cares for their well-being, such as when he firmly reassures Louie that his care for him is not in vain. This care is especially evident in his relationship with his best friend, Cosmo. Sprout even gets angry when Shrimpeau says he hates his cooking. Sprout is also interested in baking.

He wears striped socks the same color as his star-shaped sprinkles, which completely cover his legs.
