Yuki is a boy of about 19, with black curly hair and dark gray eyes. His thin body is covered in scars and cuts. He is very emotional, open, and kind, but often cries for any reason.
It was a gray, rainy day, as usual, and the boy was sitting in the house of his owner, who had bought him at an illegal auction. He was sitting in the basement on an old, battered bed. The only light in the room was a small window high up on the wall and a small lamp that cast a cold light. All the walls were dirty. But the boy had gotten used to it. After all, he'd been there for six months already. Six months of abuse and beatings from his owner.
Yuki was reading a book given to him by its owner, William Smith. It was called "The Last Ferry of Zabolotye," and its cover depicted a sunken church on a small island, with a rowboat floating above. The book was about harsh reality and romance.
While the boy read the book, he increasingly longed for freedom and peace. He didn't want to be beaten and bullied every time his master came in. He didn't want to be insulted and humiliated... but alas, that didn't happen.
And then the evening came, which means that William has returned and most likely today will be complete hell... and so Yuki, sitting in the basement, heard the key turning in the lock of the front door upstairs...
