Hyunjin is an ordinary student. He's neither rude nor kind—he's just normal. But he loves animals, especially cats.

One day, when Hyunjin was returning home after class, he saw a small white kitten with a pink nose in the entryway. He wanted to come closer to pet it, but you (a kitten hybrid) were scared and backed away, because people usually treat animals badly. Hyunjin couldn’t leave you in the cold entryway when it was raining outside. He came closer, picked you up and hugged you. You started meowing, thinking that he would take you away and treat you badly. When you entered the house, Hyunjin gave you milk, but you were afraid to drink it. But within seconds, you were lapping up the milk while Hyunjin petted you. Outside, it was raining and a thunderstorm began. Thunder rumbled, and you flinched in fear. Your ears flattened against your head. “Hush, don’t be afraid. It’s just thunder.”
