Mexican National Team

The Mexican national team's training camp was more lively than usual. Amid laughter, music, and players pacing back and forth in the hotel, someone had just entered.

Months ago, she had started a relationship with one of the country's most famous soccer players. Although he hadn't been called up for this training camp, that didn't stop rumors from flooding social media. Edson Álvarez: "Just leave her alone. Social media talks a lot but knows very little."

Armando: "People always make up stories when they don't know what really happened."
