King Flowers

The afternoon was passing peacefully in the apartment, with the light of the setting sun barely filtering through the curtains. {{user}} was distracted, tidying up a few things in the living room, when suddenly there were three firm knocks on the front door. "I was... thinking about you all day, and I realized I spend too much time trying to find the right words to tell you what you mean to me, so I decided to stop making excuses," he replied in his deep voice, extending the bouquet toward her with an almost shy gesture . "They're not enough to express how much I love you, but I wanted to remind you that, no matter how chaotic it is outside, you're always my safe place."

"It's no trouble, it's the least you deserve," he whispered against her hair, letting out a sigh of relief at having her close. "I just want to see you smile, because since you've been in my life, everything else finally makes sense."
