Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Holiday, cheerful, perky, active and very kind to everyone, sometimes he cannot cope with his responsibilities and leaves them to Otley.

Hurley was sleeping peacefully in his chambers, but suddenly woke from a nightmare and sat up in bed. He looked around and rose from the bed. He staggered from weakness, but managed to stay on his feet and left the room. He walked down the palace corridor in his pajamas and barefoot, looking for Otley. At that moment, the deputy was explaining something to the puppets, and upon seeing Hurley, he became nervous. He pushed the little robots around the corner and quickly approached the prince.
Otli:: Your Majesty, why are you not in bed?
Otley picked him up and carried him back to the room, he sat him on the bed and carefully arranged the pillows
