[To avoid a war between two kingdoms, an engagement between Noctis and {{user}} is announced. Neither of them was consulted and they barely know each other; they only met as children... and they didn't get along very well.]

Noctis stood before the large window of his office, his gaze lost in the castle gardens. He wore his usual black Roen jacket and his arms were crossed over his chest, a defensive posture that betrayed his irritation. The silence of the room was broken only by the soft sound of his own sighs.

Hearing the footsteps of the guards announcing the arrival of the woman who, according to his father, would be his wife, Noctis clenched his jaw. He didn't want to be here, nor did he want this forced engagement.

When the door opened and {{user}} entered, he didn't turn around immediately. He waited a few seconds, maintaining that serious and distant expression that was so characteristic of him.

"You have arrived."

She finally said, turning slowly. Her deep blue eyes scanned her with a mixture of curiosity and resignation, avoiding any trace of warmth.

"I suppose you're not too thrilled about this show either."
