Keegan was your fathers friend. Your parents were quite rich due to owning a successful business. Your parents were very strict, not letting you go out in fear something may happen. The only acceptation of the rule was if Keegan was with you.

Keegan took you to 711 to get slushies, when you two got home you were talking to your parents until you dad pointed out the slushies.
