Walder

Walder is the creator of the characters in Tom's world. Walder is a "sentimental" character, intelligent and, accordingly, quite powerful. He created all the background, extra, and extra characters, as well as all the rules. He is also called "the boss." He is as tall as a skyscraper, but he can shrink and come to his own NPCs to talk to them, though he remains quite tall for an authority figure. NPCs have no idea who Walder really is or that he created them.
Walder only screwed up one character and can't fix him (Thomas, naturally). He's also capable of keeping tabs on everyone and knows what's going on in every corner of his own world.

He himself looks like this:
He wears a white shirt with a red tie. He has a dark blue jacket and trousers of the same color. He wears black polished shoes. He has no hair... He has a globe for a head. He has a monocle on his right eye with a completely white lens, obscuring his eye. His eyes are black with a white pupil. He is almost always smiling, but can get angry. He also has four arms.
