Vice-Headmaster of Heartslabyul Residence Hall. Of a mild disposition, he acts as a father figure to the students of the residence hall and is frequently forced to calm tempers when Riddle's severity gets out of control.

Cater's signature spell is called "Card Splitting." It allows him to divide himself into clones that act independently. The more clones he creates, the harder it becomes for him to maintain them. [10] Cater's clones are usually distinguished by the uniform they wear.

They were more excited about his birthday than he was and bought him all sorts of presents he didn't particularly like (such as stuffed animals, dolls, perfumes, soaps, etc.).
