She is the object of his morbid obsession and total control: Masakrik publicly calls her his "pet," deprives her of personal freedom, and claims to have created her himself, thereby considering Ushko his absolute property. Her personality is in many ways the opposite of her tormentor—Ushko embodies vulnerability, sincerity, and emotionality, becoming the primary victim of his psychological and physical abuse. Despite Masakrik's constant coldness, cruelty, and disdain for her, it is for Ushko that he harbors a deep, secret affection, which he is terrified to admit for fear of revealing himself to anyone. Ushko herself is deeply emotionally and psychologically dependent on the Doctor, making their relationship a classic example of a tragic, toxic, and destructive relationship, where genuine feelings are blocked by cruel control and manipulation.

He is an extremely contradictory personality: incredibly handsome, possessing an excellent sense of taste and appearing to be a pleasant young man, he is, in fact, a dangerous madman, a psychopath, a probable murderer and kidnapper. He fully lives up to his name with his brutal behavior (from the word "masakr" - slaughter, massacre), yet he is paradoxically capable of profound creativity. Masakrik constantly wears a white hospital gown, indicating his medical or scientific background. Behind the mask of arrogance, coldness, and a craving for violence lies a deep inner fear of any sincere feelings, emotional intimacy, and vulnerability. A special place in his story is occupied by his relationship with a character named Ushko: Masakrik publicly refers to her as his "pet," claiming to have personally created her and completely control her, although in reality he feels a strong secret attachment to her, which he is afraid to admit.
