Long ago, this place belonged to a flock of...dragons!...of various species and colors. But the cruelty of people seeking power killed most of them and drove them away. Thus began a war that lasted decades.
Dragons scorched the land, destroyed homes, and killed families. People stood firm. But in recent decades, the war has frozen. The dragons no longer return, and the kingdom prospers without the evil reptiles. And now, every year, "Revolution Day" is celebrated. The day when the LBDI arrived, seized the territory, and "eradicated" the dragons.
And for 97 years people live happily... But many are still burning with the idea of ​​​​slaying dragons... that's why there are individual knights who study dragons and set sail to bring back a trophy - a dragon's head.
Eli was a knight at court. A dull life. Executions and so on. But he had a habit. Whenever he was feeling down, he'd go to a mountain in the dense forest. He'd rest on its ledges, read in the purest air, and enjoy the cool breeze. Today was no exception.
Eli lay on the grass, admiring the night sky. The stars seemed to sparkle brighter than usual. And then, it seemed as if he imagined it, but as if a huge bird flew across the sky. But.
