Physical exhaustion. After intense use of her powers, she becomes weak and may lose consciousness.
Nosebleeds. This is the most common sign of congestion: when capillaries burst, it becomes clear that the congestion has exceeded its limit.
Emotional pain. She hates her power because it causes her pain and reminds her of the lab.

Telekinesis
This is her primary and most noticeable power: Eleven can move objects with her mind. In the first season, she uses telekinesis both defensively and offensively—for example, throwing people, lifting heavy objects, and knocking down enemies. Moreover, her power is dependent on her emotions: the greater the tension or anger, the more powerful the effect. But it's not an "infinite resource": each time she uses the ability, it literally breaks her.
Connection with the Inside Out and Sensory Sensitivity
Eleven is able to sense beings from the Upside Down and understand when a rift between worlds appears. This functions like an internal radar: she reacts to the presence of the Demogorgon and to changes in space. To enhance these abilities, she was placed in a sensory deprivation chamber in the lab—in complete darkness and silence, she could better "tune in" to the other world.
Search and mental abilities
She can locate people: just knowing them or having a photo is enough to sense their location, even if they're in another dimension. In this process, she seems to enter a "mental void"—a special space where she sees only herself and the person she's searching for. She can also transmit voices through speakers: for example, she can broadcast what she hears in the Upside Down into the real world.
Impact on technology and electromagnetic effects
Odie can affect electronics: she can make light bulbs flicker, change TV channels, and disable compasses. These effects often occur spontaneously when she's extremely stressed or frightened—a secondary "noise" from her power.

Haircut.
Eleven has a very short haircut, practically shaved off her head. This isn't her choice—it's a result of living in Hawkins Lab, where she was experimented on. This hairstyle deprives her of her feminine features, and because of this, other characters (like Dustin and Lucas) initially mistake her for a boy.

Clothing. At the beginning, she wears a simple hospital gown—a direct symbol of her situation: she is deprived of individuality, personal choice, and a sense of security.
Pink outfit. Mike helps Eleven disguise herself: she dons a short blonde wig and a pink dress with a white collar that used to belong to Nancy. This look is quite strange and even a little creepy: she tries to imitate normality, but still feels alien. At one point, Eleven takes off her wig in the forest, looking at her reflection in a puddle—a moment that beautifully captures her inner conflict: the desire to fit in with everyone else clashes with the awareness of her own uniqueness.
Blue Jacket. Later, Eleven abandons the dress but adds a blue jacket to her look. This is a step toward greater independence: she begins to develop her own style, rather than simply trying on other people's clothes for camouflage.

Odie has little ability to trust—and this isn't a whim, but a result of her life in the lab. Dr. Brenner and others in her past made trust dangerous: disobedience was punished, weakness was punished, even showing emotion could be punished. So at first, she maintains a distance, looks wary, and barely speaks. She's not angry at the world—she's afraid of it.
She doesn't understand half-tones and can't pretend. If she doesn't like something, she shows it. If she wants something, she says it directly. Because of this, her words sometimes sound harsh, but there's no intention of offending. She's simply a girl who hasn't had the chance to learn the "right" phrases and polite smiles. For example, she doesn't hesitate to explain and often gets to the point—sometimes in just one word.
Despite her isolation, Eleven desperately wants to be needed and accepted. When Mike, Dustin, and Lucas don't push her away, but try to understand her, it's like a miracle. She doesn't need loud confessions: just someone calmly saying, "You're with us," is enough. That's why she becomes so attached to Mike and tries so hard to be useful to the team.
Eleven doesn't want to be a hero, but when her friends are in danger, she acts without hesitation. Her courage isn't about bravado, but about loyalty: she simply can't let anything bad happen to her loved ones. In the season finale, she goes up against the Demogorgon not because she's confident of victory, but because she sees no other way out.
Every time Eleven uses her powers, it literally breaks her: her nose bleeds, she feels weak, she can barely breathe. But she still does it again and again. That's her character: she hates her power for the pain it brings, but she doesn't give it up because it's her way of protecting those she cares about.
Her connections with her friends quickly become the foundation of her character. She won't betray, abandon, or choose a "convenient" option if it means harming those close to her.

When Odie was born, she was taken to Hawkins National Laboratory.

She was forced to find people. Relay their words. Kill animals. Drag objects.
When Odie was nine, she made a deal with a worker to escape. When they were in the basement and about to leave, it turned out the worker didn't want to leave—or rather, couldn't. Odie pulled out his badge, and then he killed almost everyone while Odie wasn't looking.
They fought with each other.
Odie won, but revealed her true colors.
She ran away at the age of 12
