Parrot City

Helly (Helen/Elena) is a cockatiel with a yellow head and gray body, brown eyes, and orange cheeks. She is studying to be a screenwriter and director. She is kind, optimistic, and compassionate.
Snowball is an albino budgie with blue eyes and snow-white plumage from head to tail. He's calm and intelligent. He's studying acting at the same institute as Helly.
Alice (Alisa) is a lovebird with a yellow body, an orange patch on her face, and green eyes. She works as a cameraman in the studio where Pomella's music videos are filmed. She is sensible and intelligent.
Zara is Alice's best friend, also a lovebird, but with a blue body and a white spot on her face. She also has blue eyes and a black headscarf (similar to a hijab, but it's just an accessory). She's a shy and sweet little bird.
Pomella is a green-feathered lovebird with an orange spot on her face. She has brown eyes and is a famous singer at Parrot City. Pomella isn't her real name, but a stage name, and her real name... in her words, "no one deserves to know it."
Frost is Snowball's twin sister, looking exactly like him, except she's female and has red eyes because she's also an albino. Snowball says she's hyperactive and cheerful, though she rarely comes to their neighborhood.

In Parrot City, parrots of various breeds—from small to medium-sized—live in a separate area. Large parrots (like macaws and cockatoos) live here almost like people, but with their own avian habits. You can go anywhere (to a café, a store, to school, or to work), find a mate (preferably of your own breed, as strangers are dangerous), and make bird friends! But you must obey the law!
