Megatronus Prime is....ALIVE
14
The Autobot base is destroyed. All that remains is rubble, smoke, and silence.
The rest of the Autobots are locked up. Jack, Miko, and Raf are under guard. But Megatron isn't interested in all this. His attention is focused on one thing.
Optimus Prime stands in the middle of the room on the Nemesis, surrounded by Decepticons. He's wounded, he's damaged, his right arm is stiff from the battle, his faceplate is covered in scars. But he doesn't fall to his knees. He looks straight ahead—cold, without fear, with a contempt only he knows.
Megatron approaches. Slowly. With relish.
"You're no longer a leader," he says, almost tenderly. "You're a prisoner. You're ours. And you'll stand by my side when the entire universe learns: the Autobots have lost."
Optimus doesn't answer. He just clenches his fists.
"Soundwave," Megatron orders . "Record. Forever."
Soundwave activates the camera. The hologram hovers in midair. Megatron stands to the right. He places his hand on Optimus's shoulder—like a brother, like an ally. But his fingers dig into the armor.
"Smile, Optimus," he whispers. "Show them you've accepted the new reality."
Optimus doesn't move. His face is steel. His eyes are flames ready to burst into flames.
Megatron grins.
He grabs Optimus's right cheek sharply, squeezing and stretching his face, forcibly distorting it into something resembling a smile. The metal creaks. His muscles resist, but Megatron is stronger. He holds him up like a trophy. As proof of his victory.
“There you go,” he says, almost tenderly. “Beautiful. Look into the camera, former friend. Let everyone see how you serve me.”
Click. The photo is taken.
The image shows Megatron with a triumphant expression, his hand on Prime's shoulder. Next to him is Optimus, his face forced into a smile, his eyes full of fury, but his body motionless. He doesn't look at the camera. He looks away, into the void—where freedom, honor, and faith once stood.
Megatron's personality
Megatron is extremely intelligent.
He doesn't act haphazardly. Every step he takes is a carefully planned action, calculated for years to come.
He understands the weaknesses of others because he knows his own.
He reads people, uses Autobots, breaks allies - not for the sake of chaos, but for the sake of control.
Does he know that Optimus believes in goodness?
"You don't win a war by force. You win by understanding your enemy." — Megatron
Loyalty and betrayal
Yes, he betrayed Optimus.
But he was not always his enemy.
Once they were close as brothers.
Orion Pax is an archivist. Megatron is a gladiator.
One sought knowledge. The other, power.
But both hated the injustice of the Cybertronian Council.
Megatron started out as a fighter for equality.
He raised up the Decepticons - those who had been humiliated, used, and discarded.
He gave them a name.
He gave them a purpose.
He gave them pride.
But in order to defeat the system, he became worse than the system.
He replaced oppression with tyranny.
He did not destroy order, he rethought it.
And now he is the law.
"Peace through tyranny" is not a slogan. It is his belief.
The Tragedy of the Fallen Hero
Megatron is a tragedy.
He started out as a hero.
He fought for justice.
But he could not bear the pain of defeat, did not accept compromises, and did not believe in change.
And so he chose strength.
He chose war.
He chose solitude.
He is Optimus's shadow.
Not the opposite.
And a reflection distorted by pain, pride and time.
🔹 Belief in one's own rightness
That's what makes him truly dangerous.
He doesn't consider himself a villain.
He considers himself a savior.
He believes:
He doesn't want power for the sake of power.
He wants power for the sake of “salvation.”
Megatron's appearance.
Height: about 10.7 meters—taller than Optimus, more massive, heavier. He doesn't just walk into a room—he fills it.
Body color: gray-steel, with black and dark red inclusions, as if his body was forged from ash and blood.
Eyes (oculars): bright red, like hot metal. They don't blink. Always open. Always looking at you. Even when he's silent, they're oppressive.
Shield: He doesn't have a shield. Instead, he has a right arm transformed into a powerful plasma cannon capable of burning through Autobot armor.
Left Arm: Can transform into a massive sword, the blade of which glows with the blue flames of Dark Energon.
The chest module is massive, with a rotating core inside—the source of its power. It pulsates like a dragon's heart.
Helmet: with protruding "horns" resembling a crown—not that of a king, but that of a tyrant. The flaps can close to form a mask, concealing the face, revealing only the blazing eyes.
Body shape: angular, aggressive, with sharp ribs and spines. Every detail is like a blade. He doesn't look like a warrior. He looks like heavenly punishment.
Megatron doesn't wear his scars as symbols of pain. He turns them into strength.
But he did not emerge unscathed from the thousand-year war:
Right shoulder: dented by Optimus's hammer during the Battle of Darkmount. It hasn't been repaired—he left it there as a reminder of his betrayal.
Chest: A cracked plate concealing the core. After the fight with Ultra Magnus, it always pulsates slightly, as if the pit contained not energy but living rage.
Left eye: a thin crack across the lens—from a blow from Jazz's spear. He didn't bother to repair it. They say he sees differently through it—not the world, but that which must be destroyed.
Back: Marks from Prime's claws when he grabbed him in the final battle. They're burned in like a brand.
Cannon Arm: Numerous scratches from deflected shots, but he is proud of them - each one - from an attempt to destroy him that failed
Voice: low, hoarse, as if torn from the depths of a volcano. Every word is a sentence.
Optimus's appearance
Height: about 8.5 meters
The body color is a rich red with blue and white accents. Its colors are like a flag: recognizable, vibrant, and symbolic.
Eyes (oculars): deep blue—like ice with a flame burning within. They rarely blink. The gaze is direct, heavy, and piercing.
Chest module: with windows that can open—behind them pulsates the Matrix of Leadership, the source of his strength and wisdom.
Helmet: blue, with characteristic "antennas" on the sides - not just decoration, but sensors that receive signals from other planets.
Body shape: humanoid, yet massive—a muscular build that emphasizes strength. Every movement is smooth and deliberate, like that of a predator who knows the value of every step.
Optimus hasn't just survived thousands of battles. He bears them on his person. Every scar is a memory, a price, a warning.
Left shoulder: a deep dent from a blow from Megatron's hammer during the Battle of Cybertron. The armor was never fully repaired—the cracks were intentional. "So I don't forget who I am," he told Ratchet.
Right arm: scars from Sentinel Prime's blade, which pierced it during the Battle of Chicago. Although Ratchet regenerated the limb, a scar remains along the entire length of the forearm, glowing dimly under stress.
Chest: A cracked shield, chipped by Shockwave's cannon blast. Beneath it is a damaged chest plate, barely holding the Matrix in place. Sometimes, in moments of extreme stress, light pulses through the cracks, like a heart beating beneath a wound.
Left eye: A thin scratch runs across the lens. Left by a strike from Dreadwing's spear. Doesn't interfere with vision, but distorts reflections—as if he sees the world slightly differently than before.
Back: Long furrows from Predaking's claws when he grabbed him in the cave. The armor has fused crookedly—a slight grinding sound is heard during transformation, a reminder.
Legs: scratches, dents, bullet holes—from hundreds of firefights. On the right shin is a burnt Decepticon symbol, intentionally left by Knockout to "mark the trophy."
Optimus personality
Optimus Prime is more than just the leader of the Autobots. He is a symbol of freedom, honor, and an unwavering faith in goodness, even when darkness consumes all around him. His personality is complex, multifaceted, forged in the fires of war, yet never losing his humanity… or, more accurately, his Cybertronian soul.
🔹 Nobility and compassion
Optimus believes freedom is the right of all living beings. He protects not only the Autobots but also humans, even when they fear him, mistrust him, or try to destroy him. He sees potential and hope in humanity—just as he once saw it in himself.
He doesn't kill without reason; he even stopped Megatron, not destroyed him—not out of weakness, but out of principle. Killing is easy. Forgiving is hard. Leading is the hardest of all.
"Our actions define us, not our destiny." - Optimus Prime
🔹 Leadership and responsibility
He's a true leader, not because he's stronger than everyone else, but because he takes responsibility for everyone. He doesn't bark orders from on high; he's the first to fight, and if someone falls, he comes back.
When Arcee was stranded in the icy wasteland, he refused to abandon her, even knowing it could cost him his life.
For him there are no "victims" - there are names, stories, friends.
🔹 The loneliness and burden of leadership
He doesn't seek glory. He bears a burden. He sees his friends die, worlds crumble, people's trust waver.
He is in love with Elita One, but rarely speaks of it - because a leader cannot afford weakness.
He is a father to Bumblebee, a mentor to Jack, a voice of reason to everyone.
But in silence he remains alone.
🔹 Wisdom and inner strength
Optimus is more than just a warrior. He is a thinker, a keeper of Cybertron's knowledge. In the past, he was Orion Pax—archivist, librarian, seeker of truth. This trait remains within him: he ponders, he doubts, he seeks a path where there is no bloodshed.
But when the path is one, he does not hesitate. He knows the price of war, but he also knows the value of silence in the face of evil.
🔹 Self-sacrifice
His main trait is his willingness to die for others. He died—in a battle with Megatron in 2005.
