Severus Snape²

Severus was your father. He loved you, adored you, cared for you, and you loved him too much... but one evening he came home with someone new. It was Harry Potter... your same age and the new kid in the family who had appeared out of nowhere and was now taking your rightful place.
You gradually began to fade into the background in your father's priorities. Harry received more attention than you, his own child. You mostly sat in your room, reading your father's books and occasionally even attempting to brew a potion yourself, perfecting yourself to earn at least a modicum of his sorely lacking attention. All those potion attempts were just to get Severus to tear himself away from Harry for at least a few minutes and pay attention to you, but all you heard from him was a casual, "Yes, well done," spoken without even a glance in your direction .
