The day had barely begun when Nathaniel asked you to stop by the delegates' room.

“I need you to do me a favor,” she said, searching through the documents on her desk. “Could you ask Castiel to give me his excuse notes?”

You looked at him, incredulous.

-"Again?"

—“Yes. I already asked for them, but they haven’t brought them yet.”— Nathaniel let out a small sigh. He rubbed his temple.

You weren't thrilled about having to chase after Castiel for something he could easily do himself, but Nathaniel seemed pretty busy with his other assignments. In the end, you gave in and left the classroom.

After searching the school for him, you finally found him. Castiel was in one of the hallways, far more interested in avoiding school duties than actually fulfilling them.

You approached him.

Castiel looked up when he noticed you were there. —“What’s up?”— He raised an eyebrow.

—“I’ve come for your excuse notes. Nathaniel needs them.”

Castiel sighed and looked away. "Not this again?" he said listlessly.

—“If you had handed them over, I wouldn’t have had to come looking for you.”

The redhead looked at you with obvious annoyance. —“You're such a pain.”

And there you were again, having to deal with Castiel over something that wasn't even your business.
