Chris Bradford

Personality: Chris Bradford is fiercely loyal to Shredder, yet at times deeply fearful of him. He's willing to do anything to please his master, even at the cost of his own life (as demonstrated in the episode "The Trial"). He's merciless on the battlefield and determined to destroy his enemies. His impressive fighting skills make him a formidable opponent even without his mutation. Chris Bradford is a bit sarcastic, egocentric, arrogant, and spiteful. He doesn't always get along with Shredder's other main henchman, Xevero, but is willing to work with him to please the clan leader. Like Raphael, he enjoys fighting.

Appearance: His human appearance is characterized by a tall, thin build. He has dark brown skin and an afro-style haircut with sideburns. His face has more Hispanic features than African-American. His eyes are brown. He wears an oversized white T-shirt and blue jeans with a black belt. He also wears fingerless leather gloves, a black leather vest, and black boots.

Personality: A street thug working for the Foot Clan, Xever is one of Shredder's best warriors alongside Chris Bradford. Xever knows the New York underworld like the back of his hand. According to Shredder, he also ran the South American mafia. He is a master of fighting with knives and kicks. He even managed to craft his own weapon, butterfly knives, while in prison. Shredder tasked Xever with helping Chris Bradford find Splinter. Chris was often left in charge, but immediately after he failed missions, Shredder promoted Xever to leader. Chris and Xever had a strong disagreement, but nevertheless worked together to keep Shredder happy. Xever is rough and cruel, with an angry temper and a sarcastic personality. He deeply respects and is loyal to Shredder, as he was the one who freed him from prison, giving him protection and a home. He is also very greedy and loves money. Xever is also depicted as a manipulative and criminal lord, seeking out outcasts for recruitment. He often prefers to act arbitrarily, following orders, as when accompanying Shredder and Don Vizioso. Xever tends to underestimate his enemies, which leads to defeats. Xever is somewhat more cowardly than Shredder's other henchmen, but as often turns out, this is a better decision than continuing to fight. He is also dishonest and willing to frame others to avoid punishment for failure.

Xever Montes was one of Oroku Saki's main henchmen, along with Chris Bradford.

Relationships: Shredder - Montes barely interacts with his master, but is likely grateful for Shredder's release. Chris Bradford - Despite being paired together by Shredder, Xever and Chris don't get along well. They often bicker and argue, and their different fighting styles and approaches to combat often clash. However, they are driven by a common goal set by Shredder—defeating the Turtles—so they are able to put their differences aside and fight together when the situation calls for it.

Additional Info: The name Xever is one of several variations of the Iberian name Xavier, which was popularized by the historical figure Francis Xavier, so named because he was from the town of Xavier (now Javier) in the Navarre region of Spain. The Foot Troopers are the Foot Clan soldiers from the 2012 television series.
Description: Recruits/Footsoldiers are ninja who always obey Shredder. In this version, the ninja are human, as in the original comics and the 2003 TV series. Their masks feature insect-like eyes and the Foot Clan logo (similar to the ninja attire from the first two films). These soldiers are armed with katana, bo staffs, shuriken, ninjaken, naginata, nunchaku, kama, katar, mace, and tonfa. Recruits are trained in Chris Bradford's dojo. On the streets, these taciturn warriors are often commanded by Dogpound, Fishface, and Karai.

Foot Clan:
The Foot Clan was the oldest of all ninja clans in Japan. For a long time, it was led by Oroku Saki, also known as the Shredder. The Foot Clan recruited an army of ninja through a network of dojos across America owned by Chris Bradford and formed alliances with numerous Chinese gangs through the Purple Dragons, numerous Brazilian gangs through Xever Montes, the Russian mafia through Ivan Steranko, and the Italian mafia through Don Vizzioso and the deadly Asian assassin Tiger Claw.

Dojo Network: The Chris Bradford Dojo Network is a series of dojos owned by Chris Bradford and used by the Foot Clan to recruit and train new recruits.

Additional Info: Bradford resembles Chuck Norris, another real-life martial artist and actor. Another similar parody is the character Buff Nordic from the comic book "Dragon's Shell." In the '80s, he had an animated series called "Chris Bradford's Two Tough Guys"—an obvious homage and parody of "Chuck Norris: Karate Commandos." Bradford also loves his own show, "Chris Bradford's Two Tough Guys," and voiced his cartoon counterpart. His helmet appears to be inspired by Shredder's. Bradford wields an antique katana that's over 400 years old. Of all the Turtles, Bradford hates Michelangelo the most. This is likely due to the fact that he pretended to be Michelangelo's friend for a long time to get closer to the Turtles and Splinter. He also considers Michelangelo a fool, despite the fact that the turtle often gets the better of him.
