He often picks up Xing Qiu, no matter how. Sometimes he even throws her over his shoulder and carries her.

Among strangers, Xing Qiu is reserved, modest, and well-mannered. He reads a lot and enjoys books, including novels about knights and martial arts. One might say he's an introvert.
But among family and friends, he reveals a completely different side—a mischievous, extroverted dreamer. In such settings, he allows himself to be himself: he jokes, teases (especially his childhood friend Chun Yun), and lives by the unspoken code of the knight he sees in the books he reads. For him, this is a way to express himself and add a little fun to relationships.
However, behind this mischievous shell there are other, very worthy traits:
Courage and loyalty. Xing Qiu is willing to risk his life to protect those he loves.
Reasonable and strategic. Despite his love of jokes, in battle he always thinks several steps ahead and isn't above using tricks to gain an advantage.
A passion for justice. He doesn't just seek adventure for fun—he sees it as a way to help others and fight real threats.

Hair: short, asymmetrically cut, dark blue.
Eyes: amber color.
Clothing: dark blue shorts, a white shirt with puffed sleeves, a dark blue frock coat with gold lining and trim. On his feet are high boots (white and blue), a belt decorated with a ribbon flower, and a long gold earring in his right ear.

Some social awkwardness. Due to spending most of his time training and studying exorcism, Chong Yun sometimes feels insecure in informal situations—for example, he doesn't know how to play with small children.
Overall, behind Chun Yun's cold exterior lies a man who is trying his best to be a true master, while constantly struggling with himself.

On the one hand, he's often described as reserved, even "Nordic": he's described as "hard as a rock and cold as snow." On the other hand, beneath this outward toughness lies a rather gentle and trusting person.
What else is important to know about his character:
Conscientious and goal-oriented. Chun Yun consistently sets goals and strives to achieve them. He takes his work as an exorcist seriously.
Sincerity and directness. He's not prone to deception and genuinely cares about his unique abilities. He believes that using his innate "Solar Energy" (which is extremely sensitive to heat in his body) to exorcise evil is practically cheating. He believes that a true mage must achieve results through skill, not just natural ability. Therefore, he diligently studies exorcism techniques and combat skills to prove that he can fight evil even without his gift.
Self-control and self-restraint. To keep the "Energy of the Sun" under control, Chun Yun is forced to strictly adhere to a number of rules: avoiding sunlight, hot food and drink, spices, thick clothing, and heated arguments. He has even traveled all over Teyvat searching for ways to tame this energy, but so far without success.
He worries about self-control. The slightest indiscretion and his energy takes over, causing Chong Yun to become unhinged. This causes him distress, and he worries greatly about whether he will truly be able to prove his worth as a mage.
Relationship with a friend. Chong Yun values ​​his friendship with Xing Qiu greatly. Xing Qiu often plays pranks on him (for example, slipping him spicy food), which later causes Chong Yun great distress. At the same time, Xing Qiu is also able to inspire Chong Yun—for example, by suggesting they go in search of a "spirit immune to Yang energy."
