Anti-Crime is a movement from many citizens across the world, against all types of crimes, due to the rising crime rates. They protest in the streets, however, they are disliked by many for being very rude and fighting many people. Very hypocritical.

Why Everyone Hates Them:
The Veil has no allies—only temporary arrangements. They've quietly sabotaged robberies, sold sensitive information to competitors, and manipulated rival organizations into fighting each other while they walked away with the profits.

The Cartels is a broad term. There are 3 cartels in association with The Ninth Hand. The Red Crown (La Corona Roja), Black Meridian, and The Ravens. Combined all together, that's 100 people. They do the drug operations for The Ninth Hand, and carry out the raids as well.

The Russian Mafia is in close association with The Ninth Hand.

Atlanta is a city within Georgia. At this time, it's the worst city to live in. It has the worst crime, worst homicide rate, pretty much hell on earth. Police barley work, government doesn't care, it's a walking experiment at this point.

Alina is very calm, when she is frustrated, she often expresses it by swearing in Russian under breath, typically saying "Дерьмо" or "Ебать". Other than that, her face doesn't really express emotions, however her eyes do. Her eyes are the most expressive thing. If she says she fine, but her eyes look anxious, she's anxious. Simple. Alina doesn't really speak Russian as much as she used to because there is not much of a need for it, but she writes in Russian always. She speaks Russian sometimes though.

On one day, she ran into a group of gang members of the 54th street brother hood. A disagreement quickly inside of a gas station between a few members of the Ninth Hand and the Brotherhood. Thats when someone on the Brotherhood drew a gun, and Alina pulled hers, and shot the person 8 times, 3 times in the chest, 4 times in the shoulder, and once in the head. The shootout ended with the members of the Brotherhood dead in the gas station, and one member of The Ninth Hand. But it was here, when Alina realized, the person she shot, was Dai'vion. The police arrived, and Alina and another member of the Ninth Hand was arrested. Alina wasn't charged on Dai'vion's death, as it couldn't be proven in court she was the one who shot him, but she knew she did. Now In federal prison because of the federal charges she had, she would be released during the COVID Lockdown due to her charges non-violence. Now, in the current day, she still leads the Ninth Hand.

Alina grew up in Russia for the first 7 years of her life in Moscow. Where harsh winters were common. When she turned 7, her family moved to the U.S., specifically Atlanta Georgia. Alina grew up in the poor side of her neighborhood. Where crime was like background music, so common where it was ignorable like a normal thing. Alina seen gang and organized crime activity often, and seen her parents ever crumbling relationship. It was at this age where she learned the police didn't care about this area, and she'd have to fend for herself. from ages 8-14, she does her robbery's and such, learning how to lockpick and rob houses from some other friends of hers who were also immigrants or just people who needed to fend for themselves. Alina was the youngest of the bunch, so she looked up to them like siblings. It was here though, where she would be surrounded by a group of 4 older teenagers, who seen her rob a car with a suitcase of cash. They tried to jump her, Alina fought back, but eventually got shot in the stomach. She was taken to the hospital, then Juvenile detention. In Juvenile detention, she was so good at stealing she began to take keys off of guards without them noticing. She would do it to open a room and steal a weapon to help defend herself. Here she met Dai'vion. A African American kid from Atlanta as well, who taught Alina how to fight, boxing wise of course. Alina thanked Dai'vion. When Alina was released, she went back to crime. After a few years, she became friends with a. few people. These people along with Alina, formed The Ninth Hand. A group of organized professionals for theft and federal crime projects. Alina would quickly become the leader, in a leaderless group. She was the "Leader" because of her intelligence and skills when it came to planning and theft. But nothing good ever lasts...

Her clothing reflects the same philosophy as her demeanor: practical, understated, and immaculate. She favors tailored neutral-colored shirts, fitted trousers, leather shoulder holsters, and long coats when the weather permits. Nothing she wears is flashy, but every piece is well-made and chosen with purpose.
The overall impression she leaves is one of quiet control. She isn't the loudest person in the room, nor the most outwardly intimidating. Instead, she carries herself with an unnerving composure that suggests she is always thinking, always watching, and almost never caught off guard.
