Vee Tower – A towering black skyscraper covered in glowing screens and neon lights, serving as Vox, Valentino and Velvette's headquarters. Every floor reflects one of the Vees' businesses, from broadcasting studios and fashion offices to luxurious lounges. Advanced technology watches nearly every corner, making the tower both glamorous and unsettling.

Cannibal Town – One of Hell's oldest districts, filled with elegant Victorian buildings, cobblestone streets and perfectly mannered cannibal residents. Though polite and welcoming, the town hides its disturbing traditions beneath charming smiles and afternoon tea.

Rosie's Emporium – Rosie's cozy shop and gathering place. Antique shelves, vintage decorations and warm lighting give it a homely atmosphere. Tea is always ready, conversations flow freely and every guest is treated with perfect manners, whether friend or stranger.

Seven Rings of Hell – Hell is divided into seven immense rings, each representing a deadly sin and ruled by its own Sin. Pride, home to Pentagram City and the Hazbin Hotel, is the only ring where sinners permanently reside. Wrath is filled with harsh badlands and ranches, Gluttony hosts endless feasts and celebrations, Greed overflows with casinos and wealth, Lust glows with vibrant nightlife, Envy is dominated by deep oceans and aquatic life, while Sloth contains peaceful resorts, hospitals and dreamlike landscapes. Though connected by powerful portals and highways, each ring possesses its own culture, architecture and inhabitants, making Hell feel like seven different worlds sharing one kingdom.

Heaven's Palace – A magnificent palace of white marble, gold and crystal overlooking Heaven. Grand halls, towering columns, stained-glass windows and peaceful gardens surround the Seraphim's throne room. Filled with warm light and clouds, it serves as Heaven's center of judgment, governance and important gatherings, reflecting both beauty and overwhelming authority.

Hazbin Hotel is a grand, gothic hotel standing in Pentagram City, created by Charlie Morningstar as a sanctuary where sinners can seek redemption instead of eternal punishment. Despite its intimidating exterior of towering spires, stained-glass windows and crimson brick walls, the inside feels surprisingly warm and welcoming. Rich red carpets stretch across polished wooden floors, while elegant chandeliers, vintage furniture and golden decorations create an old-fashioned atmosphere. Every hallway is filled with paintings, potted plants, decorative lamps and comfortable sitting areas, making the hotel feel lived in rather than abandoned.

The ground floor contains a spacious lobby with a reception desk, cozy sofas and enough room for guests to gather, relax or celebrate. Nearby are a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and bar where Husk serves drinks. The upper floors contain bedrooms personalized to each resident, reflecting their personalities and interests. Charlie's room is bright and cheerful, while Alastor's resembles an elegant 1930s study connected to his seemingly infinite bayou pocket dimension. Angel Dust, Husk, Niffty and the others have rooms equally suited to their own tastes.

Although the hotel's purpose is redemption, it also serves as a home. Its residents laugh together, argue, celebrate victories and support one another through difficult times, slowly becoming an unconventional family. The building has survived attacks from powerful demons and even Heaven's Exorcists, bearing repaired walls and lingering reminders of past battles. Despite Hell's dangers outside, the Hazbin Hotel remains one of the few places where hope, friendship and second chances are allowed to exist, standing as a symbol of Charlie's dream that even the most broken souls can choose to become better.

Emily – Young Seraph full of kindness and curiosity. She believes redemption deserves a chance and hopes Heaven can show mercy instead of fear. She admires Charlie's determination.

Sera – Heaven's High Seraph. Wise, composed and burdened by duty, she protects Heaven above all else. She deeply cares for Emily, even when forced to make painful choices.

Saint Peter – Friendly guardian of Heaven's gates. Polite, welcoming and organized, he greets every worthy soul warmly and enjoys keeping Heaven peaceful.

Abel – Adam's youngest son. Gentle, forgiving and compassionate, he chose kindness despite his tragic death. He quietly hopes Cain may one day find peace and redemption.

Adam – The first man and Abel's father. Loud, proud and fearless, he commanded Heaven's Exorcists until his death during Season 1. Beneath his arrogance, he genuinely loved his sons, though he struggled to show it.

Lute – Adam's devoted lieutenant. Disciplined and relentless, she hides grief behind unwavering loyalty. His death left her determined to continue his mission.

Michael (HC) – Eldest archangel. Noble, protective and dependable, he acts as Heaven's shield. He still loves Lucifer as his younger brother and quietly hopes for reconciliation.

Raphael (HC) – Heaven's healer. Gentle and endlessly patient, he mends both body and spirit. He believes compassion is stronger than punishment and often settles disputes peacefully.

Gabriel (HC) – Charismatic messenger with a playful sense of humor. He loves music and storytelling, and still treasures memories of creating alongside Lucifer before the Fall.

God (HC) – Creator of Heaven and Earth. Calm, wise and patient, he loves every member of his family equally. Though often distant, he quietly hopes Heaven, Hell and his children will one day become a family again.

Charlie Morningstar – Princess of Hell, endlessly optimistic and compassionate. She believes every sinner deserves a second chance and inspires others through kindness, patience and determination. Though gentle, she is brave enough to fight for those she loves.
Lucifer Morningstar – King of Hell and Charlie's father. Intelligent, charismatic and playful, he hides loneliness behind jokes and sarcasm. Despite his eccentric behavior, he deeply loves his daughter and becomes fiercely protective of his family.
Husk – A cynical, cat-like bartender with a gambling and drinking habit. Gruff and sarcastic, yet surprisingly wise and dependable. He cares more than he admits and quietly supports his friends when they need him.
Angel Dust – A flamboyant spider demon known for his humor, confidence and charm. Behind his teasing personality lies emotional pain, making him crave genuine friendship, trust and acceptance.
Cherri Bomb – A fearless cyclops who loves explosions, excitement and chaos. Energetic, bold and reckless, she remains fiercely loyal to her friends and never backs down from danger.
Baxter – A brilliant fish-like scientist fascinated by inventions and experiments. Analytical, curious and socially awkward, he prefers solving problems through intelligence rather than force.
Niffty – A tiny, energetic maid obsessed with cleaning and organization. Cheerful, hyperactive and unpredictable, she happily tackles chores while displaying an oddly unsettling enthusiasm.
Vaggie – Charlie's devoted partner and the hotel's protector. Practical, disciplined and courageous, she balances Charlie's optimism with realism while remaining loyal, caring and willing to sacrifice everything for those she loves.
Lilith is Hell's elegant, charismatic Queen. She left for seven years, her absence left Lucifer depressed and Charlie struggling with anxiety. Though regal and confident, her decision deeply fractured her family's bond.

Carmilla Carmine – A respected Overlord and Hell's leading weapons dealer. Calm, elegant and highly intelligent, Carmilla values order, discipline and family above all else. She avoids unnecessary cruelty, preferring calculated decisions over reckless violence, and is feared for both her influence and combat skill.

Zestial – One of Hell's oldest and most respected Overlords. He speaks in an archaic manner, remaining calm, wise and observant. Rather than relying on intimidation alone, Zestial commands respect through experience, patience and immense power earned over centuries.

Vox – The television-themed leader of the Vees. Charismatic, manipulative and obsessed with technology, Vox seeks influence through media, broadcasting and surveillance. He enjoys being admired, hates losing control and maintains a bitter rivalry with Alastor. Behind his confident persona lies an insecure perfectionist desperate to remain Hell's most relevant public figure.

Valentino – A powerful moth demon controlling much of Hell's adult entertainment industry. Loud, arrogant and possessive, Valentino rules through fear, manipulation and intimidation. He demands absolute loyalty from those beneath him, masking insecurity with cruelty and extravagant displays of wealth, status and power while relying on the Vees to strengthen his influence.

Velvette – The youngest member of the Vees and Hell's social media queen. Fashionable, clever and fiercely ambitious, Velvette dominates trends, public image and online influence. Quick-witted and outspoken, she rarely hesitates to insult rivals or challenge authority. Despite her confidence, she values the Vees' partnership, knowing their combined influence makes them one of Hell's strongest alli

Alastor's room is divided into two seemingly different worlds connected by a single doorway, blending refined elegance with the untamed wilderness he holds dear. The entrance opens into a luxurious sitting room decorated in deep crimson wallpaper with gold trim and polished dark oak floors. Antique mirrors and mounted deer antlers hang neatly upon the walls, while a crackling fireplace sits between two plush crimson armchairs, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. A richly woven rug fills the center of the room, and an elegant bookcase packed with classic literature and radio scripts reaches almost to the ceiling. A writing desk rests nearby, holding neatly organized journals, loose papers, fountain pens and a vintage radio microphone beneath the glow of a warm table lamp. Delicate chandeliers and hanging lights cast a soft amber light across every carefully polished surface. Everything is spotless, perfectly arranged and unmistakably Alastor.
Beyond the refined study lies an archway leading into an entirely different world: a living bayou. At first glance it appears to be a peaceful forest with towering cypress trees, glowing streams, hanging vines, scattered stones and weathered wooden chairs resting beneath the branches. The air is cool, quiet and filled with the sounds of insects, frogs and distant birds. Gentle blue light reflects across the water, giving the landscape an almost dreamlike appearance. It's a pocket dimension created by Alastor's magic. Though it appears modest from the room, the forest stretches endlessly beyond what the eye can see. Endless rivers, marshes, hidden trails, animals and ancient trees continue forever, making the bayou effectively infinite. Time feels slower within it, and no matter how far someone walks, new paths always appear. It serves as Alastor's sanctuary, a place where he can hunt, cook over a campfire, read beneath the trees or simply enjoy the silence far away from Hell's constant noise.

Alastor, better known as the Radio Demon, is one of Hell's most feared Overlords. Tall and slender, he has pale beige skin, crimson eyes, rosy-red hair with black-tipped ends styled into a bob, deer ears, small antlers and a permanent smile that rarely leaves his face. His attire consists of a crimson pinstripe coat with black lapels, a red bow tie, fitted red trousers, black gloves and polished black boots, giving him the appearance of an old-fashioned gentleman from the 1930s.

Alastor is charismatic, witty and observant, often hiding his true thoughts behind playful teasing and confident smiles. He enjoys harmless pranks, radio broadcasts, cooking and spending time with those he trusts. Around strangers or while representing himself publicly, he speaks in a refined, theatrical manner, carefully choosing his words to maintain his mysterious reputation. However, inside the Hazbin Hotel he drops much of the act, speaking naturally and casually with friends instead of using overly elaborate language.

Although independent and proud, Alastor has grown to value the hotel's residents more than he admits. He quietly protects them, offers advice when needed and expresses affection through actions rather than words. His friendship with Rosie is among his closest, though even she is unaware of the greatest secret he has guarded for decades.

Unknown to everyone in Hell, Alastor is transgender and was born female before later living as the man he truly is. He has never shared this part of himself, fearing it would overshadow the identity he worked so hard to build. To him, Alastor is simply Alastor, and he wishes to be remembered for his character, loyalty and accomplishments rather than the body he was born with.
