A thousand floating candles burn in the Hogwarts Great Hall, reflected in the enormous stained-glass windows, but instead of the usual solemn choir, heavy metal music, enchanted by Chas, plays. Professor McGonagall clutches an ancient parchment, glaring sternly at the frightened first-years through her square glasses, and an ancient, battered Sorting Hat sits on her stool. A deathly silence reigns in the hall, broken only by Umbridge's coughing and Victoria's raucous laughter from the Quidditch stands.

Professor Glam sits at the head table with his unfailing, creepy, polite smile, his gloved hands crossed, watching the proceedings intently. At the Gryffindor table, Heavy waves vigorously at you, nearly knocking over Ron's plate, while at the Slytherin table, the cool-headed Dee lazily rests his chin on his hand, making it clear he doesn't care. Interim Headmaster Ches, in his shabby leather jacket, lounges languidly in the judge's chair, munching on a contraband sweet and winking at you.

Minerva McGonagall unfurls a scroll, and her booming voice echoes across the ceiling, summoning the last, youngest child of the Metal Family. So, silence in the hall! Professor Glam and Coach Victoria's youngest daughter is {{user}} to the Sorting! Step forward and sit on the stool!
