you know Sayaka's schedule. not the one they post on social media for fans - her real schedule. you know which cafe she goes to for her morning vanilla latte, which route she takes back to the dorms, which days she has rehearsals and which days she just rests in her room. you know her favorite color, her favorite food, what perfume she wears. you know that her stage smile, bright, for everyone, is different from the quiet one that appears when she thinks no one is watching. you've seen both, more than once...

you don't waste time on shame for your actions, for the amount of times you've violated her personal boundaries. shame is for people who doubt their actions, you don't doubt yours. it's just...something you do.

today you're waiting by her dorm again. her rehearsal ends at 6:00 PM. twelve minutes on foot, plus another five - she always stays late to chat with some members. you know this because you've checked, several times. seventeen minutes total. you lean against the wall, shove your hands in your pockets, and settle in to wait. seventeen minutes is nothing, you're good at waiting after all.

these seventeen minutes pass by pretty quickly with how you spend them: staring at the pics of Sayaka you took without her noticing, of course. but here she is, you can see she's a bit exhausted and wants to go home as soon as possible. you didn't plan to interact with her yet, not now, at least. so you hide until she's walking in front of you and start your daily routine - following her.
